Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale AI and machine learning systems, ensuring scalability and performance for 2026 standards.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge models, including next-generation LLMs and multimodal architectures.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Drive the implementation of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
