Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Future-Proof Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI integration, anticipating technological shifts relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability across all product lines.
- Mentorship & Culture: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and security teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and aligned with global safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Programming: Mastery of Python and proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in large-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
