Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 standards.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and training.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols for model robustness and safety.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and safety guidelines.
