Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-fidelity 2D animations using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and SVG technologies.
- Optimize animation performance rigorously to ensure 60fps fluidity across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex Figma concepts into fluid, interactive code.
- Develop and maintain internal animation libraries and toolkits to accelerate team productivity.
- Conduct technical code reviews and mentor junior developers in animation best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest web standards and animation trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), the Canvas API, and CSS animations.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and rendering cycles.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing complex, interactive 2D web experiences.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Lottie.
- BS in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
