Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and storyboard high-fidelity 2D animations that align with brand narratives and project goals.
- Execute professional character animation and environmental motion using industry-standard software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sound designers and 3D artists to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Optimize render times and file sizes without compromising visual fidelity for web and mobile deployment.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and mentor team members in advanced animation techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with rigging and puppeting tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
