Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D vector illustrations, icons, and UI assets for web and mobile applications.
- Design and execute fluid 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and frontend developers to ensure assets are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with a focus on strategic storytelling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, animation, and motion graphics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D art, graphic design, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and SVG manipulation.
- A robust, diverse portfolio showcasing vector illustration, character design, and motion work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
