Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Identify and target potential clients within the Seattle metropolitan area to expand our customer base.
- Master Sales Training: Complete our rigorous onboarding and training curriculum to learn our products and sales methodologies.
- Client Acquisition: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Track daily sales activities and report progress to management to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts.
