Responsibilities
- Participate in and complete the company’s paid training curriculum to master sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential clients in the local area.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and accurately update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with the regional team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
