- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and peers to develop effective strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required—we provide all training!
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.

- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM software.
