Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Present product solutions and close deals over the phone and in person.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Attend daily training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
