Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective communication and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on outreach strategies.
- Participate in daily sales training, role-playing, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.

- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Austin.
