Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Participate in daily training sessions and weekly team meetings to refine sales techniques.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications professionally.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
