Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and introduce our products/services to new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Participate in our structured training program to master sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss progress, share successes, and receive coaching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is required—we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn new sales methodologies and product features quickly.
