Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through relationship building.
- Present our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key value propositions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive speaking ability.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
