Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured, 4-week comprehensive training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and networking within the Charlotte community.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to demonstrate our solutions and close deals.
- Collaborate with senior mentors to refine your sales strategies and improve closing ratios.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Track and report on daily sales activities and key performance metrics.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be willing to be coached and take constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
