Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Present our services and products to new and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Attend daily training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software.
