Responsibilities
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to master sales techniques.
- Generate new business leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and quota targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
