Responsibilities

- Conduct 15-20 discovery calls daily to assess client needs
- Collaborate with senior sales reps to develop customized solution proposals
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM data
- Track KPIs including call volume, meeting set rate, and pipeline generation
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Contribute to team sales contests and collaborative strategy sessions
Qualifications
