Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and needs assessment
- Execute sales transactions using modern POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Participate in paid training programs covering product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Merchandise products and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Actively participate in weekly sales coaching sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills and natural customer rapport
- Willingness to complete comprehensive paid training program (4 weeks)
