Responsibilities
- Utilize provided demo equipment to showcase product features and benefits to customers
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Maintain and troubleshoot provided demo equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets using provided sales tools
- Participate in product training sessions to master provided equipment
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts using provided display tools
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable operating and demonstrating technical equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (if required)
- Basic technical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
- Passion for outdoor recreation and products
