Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: Actively participate in sales initiatives, upsell products, and meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; ensure all products are stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals and foster a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
