Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Greet and engage customers warmly to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
