Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and digital channels to generate new business leads and drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
