Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor and offer immediate assistance.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend products that provide the best value and solution.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Upsell products and services to increase the average transaction value and meet daily sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising and promotional displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
