Responsibilities
- Engage with customers immediately upon entry, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Assist customers in navigating our product inventory to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure an optimal shopping environment.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to drive long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Learn and demonstrate deep product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional inventory shifts).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
