Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge mastery
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining 100% cash handling accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand reputation and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Proficiency in retail technologies (POS systems, inventory software)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on customer retention
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
