Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Utilize product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits, driving sales and upsell opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and manage cash registers.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
