Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product recommendations and styling solutions to high-end clientele
- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in seasonal product knowledge training sessions
- Support store operations during peak shopping periods and special events
Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury retail or high-volume sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/accessories categories
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory management tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional store travel required)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
