Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining store KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in store events and community outreach programs
- Utilize CRM systems to track client preferences and purchase history
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree in Business or related field preferred
