Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives

- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
