Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer engagement
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and store appearance standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store-wide goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven sales or customer service experience in retail environment
