Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays and product arrangements
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain inventory accuracy
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain deep knowledge of our premium inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience in a high-volume or premium environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong proficiency with retail POS systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for fashion, technology, or luxury retail (based on product category)
