As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience while helping them find exactly what they need.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is organized.
- Build rapport with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales environment in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
