Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their unique needs.
- Product Knowledge: Master our product offerings and service portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
