- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly performance targets set by management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace required for remote training.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional local client visits).
