Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present products and services to potential clients to identify their needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
