Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Merchandise products and maintain store presentation standards
- Meet or exceed daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in weekly sales training and product updates
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we train everyone from scratch
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
