Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve store targets and KPIs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Proficient with POS systems (experience with Shopify a plus)
