Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management procedures
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling comfort
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Proficient with POS systems (training provided)
