Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Sales Generation: actively promote sales promotions, upsell products, and achieve or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring product availability.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; however, enthusiastic trainees are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic point-of-sale systems.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
