Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and services to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, inviting, and visually appealing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required by the role.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business demands.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
