- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to keep the store visually appealing and inventory organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for driving foot traffic and sales volume.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
