Your Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and in-person to identify their specific needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
