Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, identifying needs, and closing transactions
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and accurately manage daily cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive displays and product organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
