- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Build relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
