Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Manage the sales floor inventory and ensure the showroom is pristine.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
