Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to identify needs, offer solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members and assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
