Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the Atlanta market to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Client Relations: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products/services and conduct effective product demonstrations/presentations to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Atlanta area to provide actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of working independently and the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
