Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and consultative sales advice.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale while ensuring accuracy.
- Merchandise displays to attract customers and reflect brand standards.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate add-ons to increase average transaction value.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (retail experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
