Responsibilities
- Utilize provided company equipment (tablets, demo units, POS systems) to demonstrate products and process transactions
- Build rapport with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Meet/exceed sales targets through personalized customer engagement
- Operate and maintain provided demo equipment for product demonstrations
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency with provided technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
